About me

Hi, I’m Robin, lifelong bookworm, professional page-turner, and someone who thinks a perfect evening involves a pile of novels, gluten-free snacks, and a glass of juice. As a kid, the most exciting part of my weekend was a trip to the bookstore.

I love books, and I love talking about books, but I’m not in a book club. Why? Because I’m shy and a bit introverted, and I never seem to like the suggested titles.

For me, reading has always been its own kind of magic. A book can take you to another century, drop you on another planet, or introduce you to people you’d never meet otherwise, sometimes delightful, sometimes dreadful, always interesting. I’m also a two-time cancer survivor, having beaten it first in 2010 and again in 2026. When I’m not buried in a book, you’ll probably find me watching Korean dramas.

So pull up a chair, grab your favorite gluten-free snack, and let’s get lost in a story together.
