I have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)

Unlike celiac disease, IBS isn’t autoimmune and doesn’t damage the intestine, it’s more about how the gut functions and reacts to certain triggers, which can include stress, specific foods, or hormonal changes
I have had this since 2016. I have no idea why this happened to me. But, since then I have had to eat completely gluten free.
I’ll be adding some of my favorite gluten free books and any events I may go to.
